I don't k know why there are bad reviews of this Starbucks because I found it to be wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. My cafe mocha was made perfectly and I had a specific way I wanted it made: skim milk, only 1 dash of chocolate and add the whip cream. I've been to other Starbucks and they usually always add more mocha than I request so I'm very pleased with this location.

As far as Starbucks go, this has your standard Starbucks menu items and whatnot. I'm reviewing this purely as a drive-thru customer as I've been through this drive-thru at least a hundred times, but I've never been inside (that's what I get for always driving through the area). As far as drive-thrus go, it's pretty bad, time-wise. The coffee is usually great, and the employees are usually super friendly. In fact, my coffee is usually more liquid-y (I get Frappes) than "Ice chunk"-y. (People who drink their cold frappes will understand). I love my frappes like that, and it's honestly quite delicious. My biggest gripe is the drive-thru time. There have been times where I've been the only car through the drive-thru, and they take my order promptly, and I pull up to the window, and I'm literally ignored for 10 minutes - they don't take my card, say hello, or anything. I'm not sure what's going on. On average, the wait is at least 4 minutes - even if I'm the only car in the drive-thru. I'm not sure if I just go during bad times or what, but I know my drink only takes about 45 seconds to fully prepare - start to finish. I'll happily give them twice that (and then some) to have an understandable serving time, but when it's heading into 4-minute territory, it seems a bit long. Now, not to make this seriously #firstworldproblems , because I feel that way right now, but I'm just saying their drive-thru services standards are nowhere near the standards of most of the other Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm okay with the wait, but you shouldn't expect "standard Starbucks Drive-Thru timing" at this one. That's all. Final thoughts: Their coffee is delicious, and they're usually friendly, but the wait time for drive-thru (can't speak for inside the store) is insanely long compared to any other Starbucks. Worth it if you're in the area and want coffee, but only if you're not in any sort of hurry.

I go to Starbucks a LOT. Obviously, their products are delicious and amazing. The drive-thru line is normally horribly long. Would recommend just running inside to pick up your drink because it normally takes a short amount of time.

I'm more of a Cup of Joe guy. This place is close to my office and sometimes I need a little help in the afternoon.. It works in a pinch when I can't make a run downtown.

When I first moved from Los Angeles to the CF I hated this Starbucks it was a big shock to me that they thought 5 cars was busy a moment in their day but I gave it a a lot of chances after all it was the only one in town. Every year the staff changes with the changing of the guard at UNI. So some years the staff is great other years not great at all. This year down right rude & ridiculous. The regulars are super great Patrick, Barb & Mary are all hard working, sweet, kind people so to them thank you guys for keeping me sane these last 6 years I will miss you.

Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my coffee. When I complained I was greeted with a smile and "Have a good day" as the worker shut the window. I am furious.

Atmosphere is nice, but the day staff is rude and today they forgot my expensive drink for the 4th time in the last 6 months. I have made a habit of spending my lunch hour there to relax and take a break during the day, but this location makes me question why I have been so loyal to Starbucks over the years.

Coffee is dependable and usually very good. Cup of Joe is a bit better IMHO. The staff is who I've been really impressed with-kind and pleasant.

I only went through the drive through but I went through several times while in town for a few days. The drive thru actually took longer than I'd expect. You know how you sit in the lane, you've placed your order and there's only one car in front of you at the window? You know how when it takes unusually long to move up in the line and you wonder "WTH did that guy in front of me order?"? And you know how you're slightly annoyed to see only one drink be passed from the window to that one car that's been blocking your progress (or escape!)? That was my experience 3 of the 4 times I went through the drive thru. But the window rep was very pleasant (all for the one time when I sat for quite a while waiting for my drink and the window rep decided to divy out tips from the tip jar, seemingly making my wait even longer). At one point I needed directions and the window rep was super friendly. I couldn't give this location 5 stars because of the wait and they lost another star because of the tip-counting incident but if I lived in the area I'd frequent the location just because the reps were so friendly. But not if I was in a hurry...
